I have been very satisfied with my current coverage with afforablue thro BCBS. They pay half of my RX which are very expensive ususally. They cover my Dr visits with just a copayment and the premiums are reasonable! I was on a COBRA plan (also using BCBS) but the COBRA provider charged way more than I could buy it on my own! Before you sign up for a COBRA plan, check out BCBS individul or family plans for yourself.. |

What's the point of a nurse hotline if the nurse won't help you? The problem wasn't life threatening and yet she was completely unhelpful and vague in her suggestions. I pay quite a bit per month for health coverage and expect quality service. If given the choice, I would switch. I'm not happy with the way in which yu have to choose DR's either. Absolutely rediculous!!!!!!!. |

They don't let you know the exclusions and limitations and pay only what is reasonable. i got screwed using blue cross and am still paying hospital bills from 2 years ago when i had a major accident and they decided nto to pay because the hospital (where i worked and went to for the emergency) was not in their network! My ass... I will NEVER do business with blue cross again.. |
